TWB Legal Search

Connecting the people
driving law firm innovation.

TWB Legal Search works exclusively with Am Law 200 firms, sourcing and placing the technology professionals who keep them running.

Exclusive Focus

We don't recruit across practice areas and hope something sticks. Legal technology is the only thing we do — and that's exactly why we're better at it.

Deliberate Volume

Fewer searches means every one gets worked properly — by us, start to finish. You won't be handed a shortlist and left to figure out the rest.

Long-Term Lens

A good placement isn't the end of the relationship. We stay connected to the firms and candidates we work with because that's what makes the next search smoother than the last.

Where we work

Three regions where Am Law 200 firms have a serious operational presence and a consistent need for legal technology talent — Southern California, Texas, and New York.
